Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Smooth Stream IPTV service. These terms govern your access to and use of our platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a subscription or using any part of the Smooth Stream service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Service Description
Smooth Stream provides an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming service offering access to live channels, video-on-demand (VOD) content, and related features. The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. We do not sell, distribute, or claim ownership of any third-party content streamed through our platform.
3. Account & Subscription
Each subscription is strictly for personal use on the number of devices specified in your plan. Sharing login credentials with individuals outside your household is prohibited. Smooth Stream reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of this policy without refund.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the service; (b) use automated tools to access or scrape content; (c) attempt to circumvent any technical protection measures; (d) use the service for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
5. Payment & Billing
All payments are processed securely. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the duration selected (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Smooth Stream reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
6. Service Availability
We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, or events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary disruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of planned downtime in advance.
7. Intellectual Property
All branding, software, and original content associated with Smooth Stream are the exclusive property of Smooth Stream and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our proprietary materials without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smooth Stream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the current subscription period.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Upon cancellation, access will continue until the end of the paid period. Smooth Stream reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
