New customers are entitled to a full refund if they are not completely satisfied with the service, provided the request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date. To qualify, please contact our support team via WhatsApp within 7 days of purchase with your account details and reason for the request. Refund requests submitted after this 7-day window will not be eligible under this guarantee.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances: (a) The service is completely non-functional and our team cannot resolve the issue within 24 hours; (b) You were charged twice for the same subscription period (duplicate billing); (c) A technical error resulted in incorrect billing. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and require evidence of the reported issue.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances: (a) You changed your mind after purchase and the service is working correctly; (b) Issues caused by your own internet connection, device, or hardware incompatibility; (c) Partial use of a subscription period where the service functioned correctly; (d) Violation of our Terms of Service leading to account suspension; (e) Requests made more than 7 days after the original purchase date; (f) Temporary server maintenance or scheduled downtime — such periods are necessary for service improvements and infrastructure upgrades, and do not constitute a service failure or grounds for a refund.
